If you were expecting a restaurant, market or cafe and landed on a listing in this group, it usually means the original source listed the business under an unusual or mixed category rather than a plain food label. Contact information, address and hours are still pulled from the same public data used across Bakersfield and California, so they should be accurate even where the category is not a perfect fit. Because this group spans everything from medical clinics to auto shops to gift stores, there is no single etiquette or norm that applies across it; treat each listing on its own terms and call ahead if the category alone does not tell you what you need to know.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 10 am–8 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (661) 396-2801. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Bakersfield is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Bakersfield follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Management took a bunch of parking at the front of the mall and turned it into pay-by-the-hour for “our convenience”. This is a slimy cash grab and adds to my inconvenience. Combine this all the flock cameras around the entrance and it makes me hate to go there.

If i could give less than a one star review I would.. The jewelry kiosk inside that's owned by an Indian woman and her scamming rude husband she's usually in traditional clothing and is very pale. Anyways, I've been a customer for years and she pierces my ears and i've spent hundreds of dollars at this place. I'm not the type of person who's cheap when it comes to what I like and want. I went two days ago and bought 3 pairs of earrings and a ring. I wore the earrings for 2 DAYS. They turned blue even though when she recommended them she stated they will not turn blue and IT was 60 dollars for these earrings so i expect them to not turn blue. Continuing on I came back to the mall and told them they turned blue and they acted like they didn't remember me or know me she also said "We don't sell these earrings here".. as if i'm here just trying to rob her or fake something. Then she ran away and left her husband there. Her husband starts swinging his finger in my face and demands a receipt although me and my friend BOTH bought stuff and they didn't give us a receipt cause we paid cash. And he was very rude. Keep in mind he kept stating he doesn't sale these earrings at the kiosk. And

Cool stores. But for parents who have children is thumbs down when it comes to the toddlers play area For a big mall there should be a better play area. Fancy stores around but that little playgrounds looks like from a third world country.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service provided by Ms. Jennifer Dubón at Feet for Life, located in Visalia Mall / Valley Plaza in Bakersfield. From the very beginning, Jennifer delivered exceptional customer service to my family. She patiently helped us find the right shoes for my daughter, taking the time to properly measure her feet and answer all of our questions in a very kind and professional manner. What truly made the experience special was her friendly attitude, never applying any pressure at any point, as well as her ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, which made everything much more comfortable for us. Her customer service is truly outstanding. We felt valued, respected, and very well taken care of throughout our visit. I would highly recommend her to the manager and to anyone visiting the store: if you have the chance, ask for Jennifer Dubón. Her service is truly impressive!

Had such a fun night! The chef was awesome—super skilled and kept us all entertained the whole dinner, which made the meal even better. Every dish we tried was packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The mall itself is really cool, with lots of stores to browse, so it’s a perfect spot to mix good food with a little retail therapy. Honestly, it felt like a complete night out—you get great food, a fun experience, and some shopping all in one place. Definitely planning to come back next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend if you want a meal that’s tasty, a little interactive, and a chance to check out a lively shopping spot.
